Fine Motor & Handwriting Skills

  • We build the muscle strength kids need for everyday activities like writing, coloring, and cutting, making tasks less tiring and more enjoyable.

  • Therapy supports smoother movements for skills like buttoning clothes, tying shoes, and self-care routines.

  • We help children improve how they hold and use pencils, crayons, and utensils, giving them better control and confidence.

  • From forming letters to writing longer assignments, we guide children in developing clearer, more consistent handwriting.

  • We provide targeted exercises to restore strength and function.

Sensory Integration & Regulation

  • We support children who are overly sensitive to sounds, textures, movement, or light, helping them feel more comfortable.

  • Engaging activities make it easier for kids to process and respond to sensory input in a fun way.

  • We build tolerance for clothing textures, grooming, and food experiences that may feel overwhelming.

  • Children learn calming strategies to manage big feelings, improve focus, and reduce meltdowns.

  • With stronger sensory skills, kids are better able to succeed at home, in school, and in the community.

Activities of Daily Living & Independence Skills

  • We guide children in daily routines like dressing, grooming, and toileting to increase independence.

  • Therapy supports oral-motor development and picky eating, making mealtimes easier for families.

  • Kids learn to manage tasks like packing a backpack, following schedules, and staying organized.

  • As children master new skills, their confidence grows in both home and school settings.

  • When needed, we recommend equipment or strategies that make daily activities more accessible.
